Using User Needs to Justify New Content

The content strategy for Sohalo tried to appeal very closely to the user needs of a Verizon customer: what were they looking for and what did they want to see from experiences outside of general site research or bill payment? Thinking about this led us to propose developing new modules across existing Verizon channels to funnel users into Sohalo.
