Since the Community is a social environment, all of my posts and content there get blasted out to a larger audience via SALT’s brand social media channels. Here’s an example of that with one of my recent posts.
Posting the content isn’t enough: I’m also responsible for making sure that content generates discussion and engagement among the community. Here’s just one example of how a post of mine kept the conversation going.
SALT developed a Jive-based community platform for their users to start discussions and engage each other. My current role with them involves generating discussion-starting community posts such as this one.
