Sohalo is Verizon’s digital engagement platform, housing both its loyalty program and serving as a content center (OnDemand movies, TV reviews, etc.) for current customers. This project was dual social and content strategy: Verizon needed to know what existing content and future social posts should do and say to get users to try Sohalo once it launched.
