Integrating Into Existing Behavior

A large part of the content strategy involved integrating into behaviors users already were taken. Verizon’s reward platform, for example, doled out points for doing things like paying bills on time and sharing Verizon social posts. We proposed adding in rewards that somehow involved Sohalo (ie, getting a free movie) to get the user into the platform.
